'' This course identifies your key relationships, your internal and external clients �establishing relationship priorities, development and management.

Learning Outcomes

Participants undertake an analysis of critical relationships and apply the partnering model. They will identify the current and anticipated performance of the relationship and develop strategies to improve the situation. We look at managing perceptions, seeking and responding to feedback, language of influence, and engaging our clients.

As part of the partnering model we review business processes and relationship management. We look at juggling hard realities �deadlines, work plans with people management priorities, time management, and managing upwards.
