'' Having fun, learning about the outdoors, traveling from camp to camp, rock climbing, fly fishing, exploring and achieving. A Wyoming Adventure course is a true wilderness expedition designed for young people.
For the entire 30 days of the course, your mode of travel will be your own two feet, not a crowded van. You¡¯ll be with students your age and NOLS instructors who aren¡¯t just summer staff but some of our most skilled, highly-trained educators who specialize in teaching young people. You¡¯ll gain independence and take responsibility for yourself and your companions. You¡¯ll learn outdoor living skills, but you¡¯ll also learn how to get along with your group and how to be a leader even when you are in the back of the pack.
When you get back home, you¡¯ll have the skills to enjoy outdoor activities on your own and the leadership qualities to help you step up in the classroom and on the playing fields.
