'' This program is for people in middle management who are wanting to develop their management skills professionally.

Participants are allocated a personal coach who spends half a day each month working through day to day as well as long term issues. The assessment is project based and is determined in line with business goals.

There are 11 skill sets that need to be completed to gain your Diploma of Business (Frontline Management).

Manage personal work priorities and professional development
Provide leadership in the workplace
Establish and manage effective workplace relationships
Participate in, lead and facilitate work teams
Manage operations to achieve planned outcomes
