'' This course is seen by the industry as an entry level qualification.

It aims to encourage participants to gain and demonstrate competency against the core functions and a range of common and specialist functions across the financial services industry. We have extensive experience in this qualification, especially in the Insurance sector where we have issued in excess of 2000 qualifications to date.
Training Overview
Our approach to this course uses work-based assessment. We examine all existing internal learning materials to the qualification, develop areas where there are gaps in knowledge, and establish a quality assurance system to manage both the training and assessment that lead to a national qualification.

We are happy to work with in house trainers and assessors to maximize advantages to the business while adhering to a national benchmark.

Course Outcomes
This course aligns with the requirements of ASIC for the purposes of the Financial Services Reform Act that dictates that all staff have to be trained in specific areas by 11 March 2004. We can assist you with this compliance requirement as well as ongoing professional development for your staff.
