'' Given the changing nature and rapid evolution of network technologies, specializations in network security and occupations are constantly developing among Canadian companies.
There are a number of reasons for this growth : internal network intrusion; computer viruses, information theft,unauthorized use of data, files and user accounts, computer criminality.
In light of this reality, this program was designed to provide students with new skills in network security technology. Students acquire the knowledge and competencies needed to design and develop small, medium and commercial-sized network security infrastructures using Microsoft, Novell and Linux technologies.
