'' This course begins with an examination of the nature of interpersonal relationships, individual differences in interpersonal communications. It examines team skills, group decision-making and problem solving, cross-cultural relationships, issues of diversity, conflict resolution and leadership skills. It raises student awareness of the complexity and power of the communication process in daily life, provides students with personally relevant concepts of interpersonal communication, and helps them develop their interpersonal communication skills cognitively, affectively and behaviourally. Students will also develop awareness on how to motivate others, positive interaction skills, customer satisfaction skills, enhancing ethical behaviour and personal productivity. ...''
