Course Description:

'' This course involves the study of the creation and execution of a Will and a Codicil, the process of Probate and the administration of Estates. Students will learn how to draft their own Wills, and explore the ways an Estate can be administered. The legal status of Holographic Wills, Dying Declarations, and Living Wills/ Directives for Future Care will be examined. The Wills Variation Act, and Estates Administration Act will be introduced, and the subsequent effects of Intestacy will be reviewed. ...''
