Emphasis will be placed on the structure of the industry, valuation, subrogation, insurable interest, contribution and indemnity, and the duty to disclose. It will also examine the principles of Insurance Law as it applies to agents duties and responsibilities, the form and formation of the insurance contract, the claims process, and ICBC insurance issues. ...''
