Zhang Zhongjing was the first physician to have advocated the methods of analyzing and differentiating pathological conditions by using "the theory of 6 meridians" and "the 8 classifications of diseases" which was one of the greatest contributions to the development of Chinese medicine. Shang Han Lun and Jing Gui Yao Lue are 2 important components of the book.the above classic is still considered one of the most important in Diagnostic and Treatment in Chinese classics.
