'' Internal Audits is the only tool that the Management has, to verify the effectiveness of quality system, the Internal Auditors will be made aware of the Clause-wise requirements under Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2008 along with the Auditing requirements and methodologies covered through 5 sections detailing clarification on objective & scope of audits, audit methodologies, and activities under pre-audit phase, audit process & post audit phase along with understanding on preparing audit checklist, writing nonconformance reports & closure of the report.
Here auditors will be provided with vision on how to handle situations & generate confidence on conformance considering practical limitations. Here more focus is given on value addition through audits instead of digging value-less observation. This will cover more of Case Studies & discussion on practical situations.
