'' The students will be given information of the various types of mutual funds, forms to evaluate performance, client’s objectives, and time horizon and risk tolerance. It also covers a mutual fund salesperson’s legal, ethical and professional responsibilities. By the end of the program, students will have the foundation of what they need to know to be mutual fund salespeople. The program provides students with an in-depth knowledge of mutual funds. It focuses on case studies and the real-life issues relating to mutual funds sales and individual compliance. Students will be introduced to case studies that challenge them to provide the next step in a mutual fund "solution" for their clients. At the end of each session, students will have a more complete picture of this solution and greater expertise in solving varied client cases.
