'' The IMCD program is intended for students who are interested in the Canadian Immigration process and would like to practice in Canada or elsewhere as Certified Immigration Consultants. Upon completion, graduates intending to practice as Certified Immigration Consultants must meet the English Language proficiency requirements, as laid down by the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), and write the CSIC National Immigration Consultant Examinations. Graduates will also have to meet other additional CSIC requirements for Certification.
The IMCD program is also intended for students who do not intend qualifying as Certified Immigration Consultants but who intend following a career path in Immigration as an Immigration Paralegal, Federal or Provincial Government employee, Immigration agency assistant, Relocation assistant and Student education agency assistant.
