Airline Fares and Technology

A frequent challenge in the tourism industry is determining the lowest applicable cost to fly to destinations all over the world. Sourcing airfares for clients and interpreting rules pertaining to fares are part of the activities the tourism professional needs to perform. This program provides you with the terms, principles, codes, rules, and procedures involved in finding, selecting and calculating airfares for domestic, transborder and international itineraries. Furthermore, the program is designed to help you become familiar with a computer reservation system used by major airlines.

Tourism Geography

Study the globe as a tourist. This program is designed to introduce you to the major tourism destinations of the world and the multitude of employment opportunities the industry offers. The emphasis is on looking at countries from a tourism point of view and discovering their natural and man-made attractions, culture, currencies, food and beverage facilities, hospitality establishments, and all documentation required to travel.

Tourism Products and Services

Advance in the Tourism industry. This program is designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the selling process of the products and services in the tourism industry. Various components of the program focus on Package Tours, Insurance, Car Rental Companies, Railways, and Accommodation Facilities.
