'' An introductory course on the basics of using a digital SLR camera combined with the basics of good photography. Through lectures, field trips and critiques, we will learn how the digital camera works, and how to get the best images from it. We will cover basic image manipulation in Photoshop and how to perfect your images once they have been taken. We will also cover basic concepts in photography such as proper exposure and good composition. A great first course in how to make fantastic digital photographs. ...''
