'' Recognized culinary professional and food stylist Lisa Golden Schroeder teaches this unique master food styling workshop, with recognized Vancouver food photographer Tracey Kusiewicz. With both demonstration and hands-on work, learn the nuts and bolts of what it takes to become a successful food stylist, ready to collaborate with professional photographers.
This is Lisas second instructional class at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and it has been expanded to include a Friday night mixer (plus two days), to include a full day of hands-on food styling under a professional camera. Students will develop a commercial assignment, from concept and pre-production planning to the final execution of a polished food photograph. Lisa will coach students in styling technique, while Tracey shares invaluable insights about how photographers work with stylists to create mouthwatering food images for publication.
