'' Dental Hygienists provide dental hygiene treatment and information related to the prevention of diseases and disorders of the teeth and mouth. Although the primary focus is preventive in origin, dental hygienists provide comprehensive therapeutic services as well. In order to work as Dental Hygienists in Ontario you must be registered as a Dental Hygienist with the College of Dental Hygienist of Ontario (CDHO).
