Course Description:
'' Our 12-months program includes 9 months of in classroom teaching and 3 months of co-op placement within a hospital or similar clinical research facility. Pharmaceutical and medical companies are required to do extensive testing on their new products, and clinical researchers carry out this task. Clinical trials are scientific studies of the effects, risks and benefits of medicinal products, including new and currently marketed drugs. Our program will teach you the wide variety of responsibilities you will have designing various trial programs, selecting the people who will be involved in the study, carrying out and monitoring the tests, analyzing the results and presenting them to your clients. This program is only open to people who already have a medical or science background.
