'' Gain a deeper understanding of aromatherapy and how to utilize essential oils professionally and/or at home. Learn safety guidelines and basic blending skills. All you will need to begin to enjoy the therapeutic use of essential oils.
In this workshop, you will study 12 essential oils and discover their potential for stress reduction, reducing inflammation, pain management, easing digestive complaints and immune support. Participants will experience the benefits of aromatherapy firsthand by making massage oil, bath salts and a nasal inhaler. Add an exciting dimension to your practice while supporting your own health and wellness. Anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of Essential oils and Aromatherapy would enjoy this workshop.
