Course Description:
'' This one day practical course will focus on the therapist’s ability to assess and treat whiplash and other common cervical dysfunctions like z-joint stiffness. Techniques will be focused on postural, biomechanical and muscle imbalances causing neck pain and headaches. Specific stretching of the neck z-joints and surrounding muscles will be taught in detail. Evidence based cervical stability exercises, strengthening and postural exercises will be demonstrated. This course is designed so that the therapist’s clinical reasoning skills will be challenged, and the knowledge gained will be easy for the therapist to apply to clinical practice right away. ...''
