'' The Sun Java System Web Server 6.1: Administration and Maintenance course provides students with the skills necessary to administer and maintain the Sun Java System Web Server 6.1 (formerly Sun Open Net Environment [Sun ONE] Web Server 6.1.

Prerequisites
To succeed fully in this course, students should be able to:
Use Solaris Operating System (Solaris OS) command-line utilities and text editors
Use and configure settings for a web browser, and connect to hosts using Internet protocols, in particular Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), SSL, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
Edit files created with a markup language structure, such as Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Extensible Markup Language (XML)
