Course Description:

'' Storage managers and network administrators will learn how to use VERITAS NetBackup Vault to automate offsite media rotation and tracking. VERITAS NetBackup Vault performs tape duplication, tracks onsite and offsite images, and provides reports to track the complex rotation policies. This course covers many aspects of using VERITAS NetBackup Vault.

Prerequisites
To succeed fully in this course, students should be able to:
Display experience administering VERITAS NetBackup on a Microsoft Windows NT/2000 or UNIX platform
Display familiarity with storage management principles, including data protection and disaster recovery

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:
Planning your implementation
