'' Pioneered in 1980, the Consortium is a collaboration of non-competing global companies who partner with Babson Executive Education to design and deliver an executive development program that meets the unique management development needs of their organizations.

Membership is required to participate in the Consortium program. Each year, member companies select three to six high-potential managers from diverse functional operation units to participate in the program. The curriculum each year is custom-designed to meet the needs of member companies.
