'' The bottom line imperative in any organisation is a key driver of success. For non-financial managers, an understanding of financial reports and the ability to use financial planning tools is crucial. In this accessible course, delegates will learn to interpret financial statements and analyse the financial performance and position of a company using a variety of tools.
