Course Description:

'' Participants are drawn from the many disciplines that comprise the commercial property industry ¨C property development, financial, legal, architectural, engineering, quantity surveying, building planning and the broking sectors. The calibre of participants is very high, and the standard of instruction is therefore pitched at senior and potential senior management.

Programme objectives
At the end of this programme, delegates will have covered the complete spectrum of relevant subjects, including property finance, valuation, property law, negotiation, investment, development, marketing and management.

Key programme components
This intensive two-week programme is developed and delivered in association with SAPOA. Delegates will find their skills and knowledge sharpened not only by the practical instruction, projects and case studies, but also by the interchange of ideas with colleagues. The course culminates in an exercise in the second week in which the principles learned are applied to a theoretical property development in or around Cape Town.
