'' Attracting, motivating and retaining talent is a key challenge facing today¡¯s organisation in the highly competitive global market. This very successful programme has run for the past seventeen years at the GSB. It explores current international human resources practices to ensure the alignment of HR practice with business strategy and to the change management challenge in transitional economies like South Africa.
