'' Examine the primary components and features of the HIPAA Toolkit. Verify HIPAA standards containing all required and situation data segments and elements. Get hands-on experience in implementing compliance maps using HIPAA Toolkit 4.0 and explore capturing and reporting non-compliance errors to a transaction log.
Course Objectives :
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
Use EDI Server (without Gateway) to implement HIPAA compliant maps
Achieve the technical ability to analyze EDI for HIPAA compliance
Prepare for HIPAA implementations
Course Topics :
Verifying HIPAA standards, reviewing required HIPAA-compliant situational data segments and elements, customizing and running compliance maps, capturing and reporting non-compliance errors.
