'' Learn to use the InfoMaker query and report painters through this intensive program of study. Practice the skills needed to develop queries, reports, and graphs with InfoMaker. Configure the InfoMaker environment, and create an executable form of your report for distribution to others in your company.
Course Objectives :
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
Use the InfoMaker Query and Report painters to create both simple and complex reports
Build graph reports, crosstab reports, and composite reports that incorporate other reports
Understand database terminology, and how InfoMaker works with database metadata to store information on styles such as checkboxes, dropdown lists and other display formats
Create an executable report for distribution to others who may not be running InfoMaker
Course Topics :
An overview of InfoMaker, InfoMaker painters, client/server environment, components of a report, creating a simple report, adding objects to a report, creating a report from multiple tables, custom reporting, filtering, sorting, and grouping, report options, creating a query, working with graphs and crosstabs, and managing objects.
