'' Get hands-on experience with the new features of Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) 12.5 and Interim Release 12.5.0.1. Reconfigure ASE without a reboot
Describe the behavior of new limits in Adaptive Server 12.5 including column and row lengths

Migrate data from a 2K page Adaptive Server to a 12.5.0.1 Adaptive Server with a different page size
Use a new command to easily resize a Sybase device
Grant a non-SA user permission to run select dbcc commands
Replicate data from one Adaptive Server to another
Describe how to use Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) as an alternative to the interfaces file
Use new options to the quiesce database command to work with specialized storage subsystems
Perform database dumps using various levels of compression
