'' Learn to develop browser-based, thin-client applications using the latest technologies in PowerBuilder 9.0. Study how to transfer data in XML streams in business-to-business (B2B) applications from within the familiar environment of the DataWindow, and get the tools you need to interface XML documents and Web services. Create Web targets based on the open standards embraced in J2EE Java Server Pages (JSPs). Work with PowerBuilder in a team environment using the new compliancy for source code control (SCC) feature. Discover how easy JSP targets are to create, and use the familiar WYSI-WYG editor introduced in PowerBuilder 8.0. Work with the new 4GL JSP page and see how the functionality of the 4GL Web page (introduced in PowerBuilder 8.0) has been extended with this new feature.

Identify the migration issues that may be encountered with applications developed in pre-Version 9 PowerBuilder applications
Transfer data in and out of DataWindows or DataStores with XML documents
Create and deploy a JSP Target
Create a 4GL Java Server Page that includes DataWindows and Server-side scripting
Deploy a PowerBuilder NVO as a Web Service
Create a PowerBuilder client to a Web Service
Setup and use Source Control from PowerBuilder
