'' A school for further education, specialised in adult education. Learn German from capable and skilled teachers in one of Bavaria’s nicest cities.

Euro-Bildungswerk Nürnberg is part of the larger organisation ESO (Euro-Schulen Organisation), which was founded in 1966.

After the founding in 1978, EBW has concentrated on becoming the best Nuremberg has to offer in the areas of education, retraining and further education for adults and young adults. The possibilities range from languages to technology, from computing to qualified office administrator. 1978 was also the year that saw the birth of the specialised ¡°German for foreigners¡± course. Since 1990 this has been expanded with a specialised course for people who would like to study in Germany. Both courses concentrate on the acquisition of the German language, but also introduces German culture and life in Nuremberg. Foreign students are shown where to go for legal aid, to get residence permits, how the local library works, and get taken to museums. In working with private students as well as companies and supplying retraining courses for the local job centres, EBW has built up a solid reputation when it comes to quality education.

In 1982 the BFS, the education part of the EBW, received state recognition and promptly expanded its programme with an education for Chamber of Commerce certified Foreign Language Correspondence.

With the founding of the Euro-Tech Centre in 1997, EBW has moved to overcome the edge in Nuremberg and surroundings when it comes to the appliance of modern technology and computers in the aid of the different educational areas.

The ESO organisation currently comprises more than 150 schools world wide, from Germany to China and Mongolia.
