'' Macromedia Dreamweaver MX has established itself as the best web-site creation and management software tools around: the package every web site designer should know. Using an intuitive visual interface, it enables the user to create sophisticated web pages containing HTML, dynamic HTML and Javascript. Dreamweaver MX also allows developers to add interactive content to web pages through the use of server technologies such as Active Server Pages (ASP), ASP.Net, ColdFusion MX and PHP4. This server integration was previously handled in Dreamweaver UltraDev. However, with the release of Dreamweaver MX, the functionality of Dreamweaver 4 and UltraDev 4 has been combined into one very powerful web development software package.
We offer Dreamweaver MX training courses from beginner to advanced levels. Dreamweaver MX is one of the regular scheduled computer training courses held at our central London training centre, and we can also organise in-house training anywhere in the UK. Our Introduction to Dreamweaver course assumes no prior knowledge of HTML or Dreamweaver and shows users how to create basic web sites using Dreamweaver MX’s powerful yet friendly interface.
Our 1 day Dreamweaver Intermediate course covers the advanced use of templates, site management, JavaScript behaviors and animation.
Our Advanced Dreamweaver courses offer tuition on utilising Dreamweaver MX’s server side scripting tools. Advanced 1 uses ASP, Advanced 2 uses ASP.Net and Advanced 3 uses PHP4. There are three levels of advanced course.
Level 1 (DRM2, DRM3, DRM4) focuses on the visual tools available within Dreamweaver for generating server-side code. The courses at this level do not include any programming.
Level 2 (DRM2b, DRM3b, DRM4b) examines the underlying application software and shows how to write ASP, ASP.Net or PHP scripts and incorporate them into Dreamweaver as server behaviors.
Level 3 (DRM2c, DRM3c, DRM4c) offers more tuition and practice on server-side programming in ASP, ASP.Net or PHP and shows how to create more complex and sophisticated server behaviors.
