Identify troubleshooting issues including voice network, CallManager, the Unity server, and the network infrastructure Utilize the problem-solving process to troubleshoot common network problems Utilize CCM traces to troubleshoot common VoIP problems Troubleshoot problems in the distributed CCM environment Describe 911 deployment issues for campus and multisite models Identify and describe CallManager component versions, admin serviceability tool functions, event viewer functionality, performance monitor functionality, and the troubleshooting issues regarding accounts and passwords Use SQL Query Analyser to access database information Describe ICS troubleshooting methods Troubleshoot routing and switching issues Utilize CDR data and ART Identify issues that affect QoS Use troubleshooting methods to maximize QoS Describe Unity features and configuration parameters Utilize troubleshooting methods to resolve voicemail issues Describe the features and functions of the TAC, how to use the Bug Navigator, review other options to help resolve known problems, identify the different priority levels and list the methods of escalating trouble tickets to the Cisco TAC Apply diagnostic tools to solve problems that simulate real-life IPT malfunctions ...''
