Six Sigma is a business method for improving quality by removing defects and causes in the business process. It evaluates the performance of every process and so predict the levels of defects. It is therefore, an answer for achieving customer satisfaction and eliminating the uncertainty of goals and forecasts. Objectives This workshop will introduce senior management representatives to Six Sigma principles and methodologies. A key component of the day is a discussion with an organisations overall business strategy and goals and how to implement Six Sigma to accelerate results. We will review a Campaign approach to Six Sigma implementation that integrates customer requirements, key business processes, high impact improvement projects and change management techniques in order to drive improved business results.
The DMAIC Model
At the heart of Six Sigma is a systematic method for analyzing and improving business process called DMAIC. The DMAIC model includes five phases:

Analyze opportunity
