Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced
Course Description:
'' Benefits Management is an approach to managing organisational change that maximises the realisation of benefits. It is more than a methodology for justifying investments and more than a mechanism for benefit measurement.
Objectives BRM delivers most value when it starts with Business Strategy and determines and copes the optimal portfolio of programmes. However BRM also delivers significant value when applied to an individual programme or project. Here best results will be obtained if it is used to shape the programme or project starting with the initial ideas or drivers for change. It is always focused on achievement of business benefits.Actually realising benefits - rather than just using them to justify a project and then forgetting about them - is a key issue today for the majority of private and public organisations.
This interactive workshop will provide the delegates with a common sense, practical methodology that integrates closely with many existing approaches to programme and project management (e.g. MSP 3 and Prince 2) and that will dramatically and demonstrably increase the realisation of benefits from IT enabled business change.
