'' Two of the most vital activities in any organisation are the transfer of knowledge, and the packaging of knowledge in a format to make it easily accessible to others. These activities become even more crucial in the case of mergers and acquisitions or of a changeover of staff (how often have we heard that "the knowledge walks out the door" with the person leaving the company?).

This course has been developed from research among attendees at recent UNICOM events, and provides a valuable training experience that can be taken as a follow on the course on 16-17 May or as a"stand alone" course for those who have already attended some other training course or are already working within the field, having KM responsibilities in an organisation.
