The Oklahoma State Certification Course is a 4 day course for technicians who are well versed in electrical and engine performance systems. Students will receive training in an instructor based course with a hands-on application in the areas of Safety, Fuel Characteristics, System Description and Operation, Fuel Line Bending, System Diagnosis, System Inspections, and Regulations (NFPA 52). At the conclusion of this course, students are offered the opportunity to take the State Certification Test administered by the Oklahoma Department of Central Services.
The Impco Technologies Manufacturer Installer Course is a 2 day course for technicians who have met the prerequisite of having passed their states certification examination. This class has applications in the areas of electrical schematic reading, soldering, bending pipe, and system component installation. Students will complete competency based conversion procedures as determined by the manufacturer. Students will follow the manufacturers directions for installation, set-up and diagnosis. Successful completion this course will be detemined by showing competency in all hands-on requirements and a passing score on a written examination. The student may receive an "Impco Installers Certification" once the following have been completed:
