'' The CCNP certification validates an individual¡¯s networking skills at the mid-career level. Candidates who pass the required proctored CCNP exam will receive a CCNP certificate from Cisco and may display the CCNP designation on business cards or use the letters after their name.

Overall, the Cisco certification authenticates an individual¡¯s achievement, so it increases the holder¡¯s professional credibility by ensuring high standards of expertise. In particular, the CCNP certification indicates knowledge of networking for organisations whose networks have between 100 and 500 nodes.
