'' Workshop Objective: This workshop will deliver the skills and techniques of successful selling in any environment. You do not have to be a salesperson to benefit from this course. Whether you are selling a product, a service, a concept or an idea this course is for you. Whatever you "sell", it will give you the "edge" that delivers success!
Target Group: Salespeople (particularly if you are new to selling or would like to pursue a selling career), sales managers, small business managers, purchasing managers and indeed anyone with an interest in building sales and positive customer relationships.
Course Duration: This is an in-house one day or two day course (dependant on the specific needs of the organisation). This workshop can be held either on or off-site.
Course Design: As with all our workshops, the training content can be "customised" to meet the specific needs of the delegates and of your organisation, uses "real-time" case studies (which could be taken from your own operation), encourages teamwork and interaction and, although there might be a little pressure here and there, is great fun!
