'' This is a high impact, experiential program integrating classroom training, simulations/activities, and feedback surveys. This powerful combination of learning tools provides participants with a strong sense of effective quality-related practices and how their colleagues, subordinates, and others view their skill level and results they’ve achieved in relation to these practices. Participants explore and practice techniques of quality management in a team setting and are able to relate them to individual contribution, team membership, and team leadership. The team setting enables them to provide and to receive immediate feedback on their effectiveness.
