ICDL certification means you have mastered the fundamental concepts of Information Technology (IT), and are able to use a personal computer and computer software applications at a fundamental level of competence.
ICDL consists of one (1) theoretical test that assesses knowledge of the fundamental concepts of Information Technology (IT), and six (6) performance-based tests that assess competence in using a personal computer and working with common computer software applications.
