Training Course:CDMA2000 and High-Speed Mobile InternetSchool/Trainer:Telecommunications Research Associates St. Marys, KS, United States
Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced
Course Description:
'' This course focuses on the CDMA200 Radio Access Network and the Mobile IP infrastructure. CDMA2000®s relief of bandwidth bottlenecks, support for improved voice capacity, high-bit-rate wireless data services, and its graceful evolution from 2G networks have made it intriguing to service providers looking to meet the needs of todays increasingly mobile and information demanding user community. CDMA2000® 1x networks were the first to provide high-bit-rate packet services. This course explains how CDMA2000® Supplemental Channels can support high-bit-rate packet data across the Radio Access Network, and how IP router-based Packet Data Serving Nodes (PDSN) can act as Mobile IP foreign agents tunneling packets to mobile users.
