But, in fact, it¡¯s each person¡¯s unique style that creates a more complete workplace! That¡¯s why it¡¯s important to identify both your own personality style and the differing styles of others. In this one-hour course, you will learn to understand these style differences. This will enable you to adapt to others and create a more harmonious work environment. How the course works:
• Courses can start at any time.
• Students access our partner¡¯s site to take the course. Access to a course is up to 90 days. (The course must be completed within this timeframe or you may have to re-enroll in the course.)
• Course is self-directed. (Students manage the courses on their own without any instructor assistance.) (No books are required.)
• There are optional pre/post tests for the student to determine his/her knowledge level; however, InfoSource courses are not for credit and do not transfer to colleges/universities.
• The InfoSource (How-to-Master) courses use hands-on simulations eliminating the need for students to have application-specific software on their PC. The browsers of choice are Internet Explorer or Netscape. (AOL users have some specific requirements and must review the ¡°Frequently Asked Questions¡± (FAQ) document in the Updates & Info section.)
