'' This course is designed to meet the Continuing Education (CE) requirements set by the Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS) for all licensed agents and claims adjusters. The course is designed to be completed at your own pace via the Internet and contains four quarters with a total of five modules. Each quarter is graded separately. You must pass each quarter exam with a 70% to receive your Certificate of Completion. The First Quarter addresses Definition of Terms and Insurance Fraud. The Second Quarter addresses Regulatory Ethical Standards. The Third Quarter addresses Regulatory Standards of Practice, and the Fourth Quarter addresses Professional Standards and Practices.
