Geared toward helping the new and aspiring supervisor or the seasoned professional, this program will address areas such as the role of the supervisor; the responsibilities of supervisors to upper management, employees, and peers; characteristics and skills of a successful supervisor; examples of the planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling functions; and issues in the transition to supervision.
