'' With a carefully designed mix of theory, history, photographic technique and practical artistic and professional guidance, the Digital Photography program is designed to prepared students for entry-level positions the field of professional photography. Students receive a broad overview of photographic history, principles, processes and methods. Computer software, printing technology and photographic equipment are used to create, enhance, and modify digital images. Photographic projects allow students the opportunity to develop artistic style and technique. Full-time students can complete the program in six terms. Program coursework explores a wide range of topics, including theory and history of photography, lighting, project management, and a number of photographic specialties such as commercial photography, advertising, event photography, and fashion photography. The final term is devoted to the student¡¯s Capstone project and includes extensive guidance in career management. ...''
