'' This workshop is an introduction to various rendering practices and techniques in Maya. Rendering in 3D software is used for a wide variety of purposes: artistic, design and realistic. Each approach to final rendering requires a different skill set and understanding of Maya rendering tools. Topics covered in this course include: Mental Ray, Vector rendering, Maya Hardware, Maya Softward, cartoon rendering, render layers, compositing. Software used in this course includes: Photoshop, After Effects and Maya.
Prerequisites include: Introduction to 3D Animation or equivalent experience.
