'' Today¡¯s financial world requires analytical, flexible and motivated accountants. This certificate provides you with the basic skills to start an accounting career. Many of the courses are accredited by the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario (CGA) and, with the requisite grade, may be applied to their program of study (see CGA equivalents).

Note: Students who have completed more than half of the required courses before revisions were made may continue to work toward the old certificate.
