Training Course:Certified Employee Benefit Specialist DesignationSchool/Trainer:George Brown College Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced
Course Description:
'' The Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program offers human resources professionals certification in three benefits and compensation streams: group benefits, retirement and compensation. Successful completion of each stream earns you specialized certification in that area. When combined, the three streams form a comprehensive, integrated curriculum in total compensation. To earn the prestigious CEBS credential, you must complete eight courses, each also designed to stand alone. Whether you are pursuing the eight-course CEBS credential or one of the specialized three-course certifications, you determine the sequence in which you take the courses and examinations based on your personal or professional needs, educational background, class availability or work experience. George Brown College offers the CEBS courses; designations are awarded by CEBS and Dalhousie University upon successful completion of the required exams.
