'' The George Brown Instructing Adults program helps you develop the essential skills and knowledge required to work effectively with adult learners. Geared to people already working in the teaching and training of adults, the program focuses on practical application of educational methodologies. Courses cover needs assessment, designing and developing instruction, delivering instruction, evaluating and managing training programs, communications for teaching and advanced educational technologies (such as web-based course delivery).
