'' The Associate of Applied Science in Fashion Marketing degree program delivers a market-driven curriculum with a solid foundation in design, industry knowledge, and technology. Students participate in both conceptual and applied coursework as well as in technology applications for the industry. Students will be guided in translating classroom experiences into practice in the work environment. The objective of the Fashion Marketing degree program is to offer students skill building in design, business, digital and industry-relevant areas as a means of preparing for entry-level positions.

Students study fashion history, famous designers, textiles and display. Simulated buying sessions, marketing seminars and the development of in-house promotional campaigns enable students to acquire hands-on experience.

The program offers opportunities to explore the industry by interacting with professionals and developing contacts. Graduates are prepared to seek entry-level positions such as visual merchandiser, window trimmer in department and specialty stores, retail management, manufacture¡¯s sales representative, stylist, and assistant buyer.
